Once again The Parlotones came through Seattle.  These are some amazing South African musicians.  And, it is not every day that you get to see a band that played before a crowd of 85,000 for the 2010 World Cup in such an intimate space as the High Dive.

To be honest I was not looking forward to going to the Rendezvous to see catch some live music.  It seems like a venue that is better suited to small gatherings than Indie-Rock.  Well, I wasn’t let down.  Idle Times opened for a odd line up.  They fit great with Fergus and Geronimo who headlined.  But the middle band Seapony just sucked.  Either way if you have the chance to see/hear Idle Times do it.
